Collaborative Wellness has trauma-informed, mental health, and substance use disorder therapists providing counseling on an outpatient basis at the Oshkosh and Ripon locations. Services are also provided virtually to serve a variety of clients with various needs. In addition, Collaborative Wellness has agreements with various schools in the Fox Valley area to provide services for students directly in the school, both individually and small group.
