Outpatient professional staff includes psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists and psychotherapists who have experience in working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, groups, and families. Locations for these services are at Fond du Lac, North Fond du Lac, Ripon, Oshkosh, and Neenah. Additionally, we have a substance use disorder program in Oshkosh that includes outpatient psychotherapy, medical assistance treatment, and intensive outpatient groups.

Eligibility Requirements:Outpatient services do require an Advocate Aurora PCP referral. Substance use disorder (SUD) intensive outpatient (IOP) services do not require an Advocate Aurora PCP referral. Those are are interested in the SUD IOP can self refer by calling 920-303-5210
