Eastwood Crisis Facility An eight-bed CBRF for crisis stabilization in Outagamie County. This program services adult men/women in crisis due to such issues as mental health, loss of housing, medication changes, or suicidal ideation. It is for short-term stays, less than 28 days, helping people get the support they need to be independent in the community.
