The VPI Community Outreach Center (ORC) is a free drop-in mental health community center for individuals with a formal mental health and/or substance use diagnosis. With a focus on providing a safe and supportive environment for adults involved in the mental health recovery process, the ORC offers numerous peer-led programs and activities that offer connection, community engagement, skills development, and self-direction growth through shared experience. The ORC has a youth and young adult program for community members who are 14-24, and an adult program for those age 18+.
